Maple Bourbon-Glazed Salmon
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 15 min
Ingredients:
• 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
• 3 tbsp Smugglers’ Notch Maple Works™ Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl, whisk maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon, olive oil, garlic, and pepper.
3. Place salmon on prepared sheet, brush generously with glaze.
4. Bake for 12–15 minutes, basting once midway, until salmon flakes easily.
5. Drizzle with extra glaze before serving.

Maple BBQ Pulled Pork
Serves: 8
Prep Time: 15 min | Cook Time: 6–8 hrs (slow cooker)
Ingredients:
• 4–5 lb pork shoulder (boneless or bone-in)
• 1 cup Smugglers’ Notch Maple Works Single Forest Maple Syrup
• 1 cup ketchup
• ½ cup apple cider vinegar
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• 2 tbsp smoked paprika
• 2 tsp garlic powder
• 2 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
• salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Mix maple syrup, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, paprika, garlic, onion, cayenne, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
2. Place pork in slow cooker and pour sauce over top.
3. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 6 hours, until pork shreds easily.
4. Shred meat, stir back into sauce, and serve on buns or over mashed potatoes.

Classic Vermont Maple Pancakes
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 15 min
Ingredients:
• 1½ cups all-purpose flour
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• ½ tsp salt
• 1¼ cups milk
• 1 large egg
• 3 tbsp melted butter (plus more for cooking)
• Smugglers’ Notch Distillery Maple Works™ Bourbon Barrel Aged or Single Forest Maple Syrup, warmed
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and melted butter.
3. Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined (batter will be slightly lumpy).
4. Heat buttered skillet over medium heat; pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake.
5. Cook until bubbles form, flip, and cook until golden.
6. Serve hot with warm maple syrup.

Maple Bourbon BBQ Chicken Wings
Serves: 6
Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 45 min
Ingredients:
• 3 lbs chicken wings
• ½ cup Smugglers’ Notch Maple Works™ Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
• ½ cup BBQ sauce (smoky style works best)
• 2 tbsp bourbon (optional)
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 tsp chili flakes
• salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with foil and set a wire rack on top.
2. Season wings with salt and pepper, then bake for 35 minutes until crispy.
3. In a saucepan, combine maple syrup, BBQ sauce, bourbon, vinegar, and chili flakes. Simmer until slightly thickened.
4. Toss hot wings in sauce and serve immediately.

Maple Drizzle Ice Cream Sundae
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 5 min
Ingredients:
• 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
• ¼ cup Smugglers’ Notch Maple Works™ Single Forest Maple Syrup (warmed)
• ¼ cup toasted pecans or walnuts
• Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions:
1. Scoop ice cream into bowls.
2. Drizzle generously with warm maple syrup.
3. Top with toasted nuts and a swirl of whipped cream if desired
