Of all the syrups I’ve tasted from various lands, the syrup from the kingdom of Burlington VT is the most magnificent. The syrup from my kingdom is mediocre, made admirably by the humble Amish…but this stuff is unlike any other.

It’s a relief that these bottles are still available to purchase online, because we use them for everything and I give them as gifts to all my family. The bourbon barrel aged Syrup is some of the best maple syrup out there. We use it for cooking, on waffles, or a small drizzle on vanilla ice cream. It goes surprisingly quickly in our household.
